Our Marketing Plan

  • Use of the MRIS (MLS) reaching all area realtors, as well as Matrix mail which delivers daily email to targeted buyers for your home.
  • You're on the Net!  Your home will be featured on the Evers & Co. website, www.eversco.com, as well as our website, www.bergersandler.com.
  •  Tuesday "Broker Open Houses" for area realtors to visit your home with refreshments provided by Evers & Co.
  • Custom designed brochure and fact sheet, created by our in-house professional photographer and graphic designer, describing the features of your house and neighborhood.
  • "Just Listed" postcards or flyers delivered to the neighborhood.
  • As appropriate, ads in the Washington Post or alternatives during the listing period.  Alternatives include ads in the Northwest Current, The Gazette, and Washingtonian Magazine.
  • Weekend Open Houses to be scheduled at times convenient to you.  These are an excellent way to market the property and make it regularly and easily available for viewing to prospective purchasers.
  • Telephone follow-up with agents and principals who have viewed the property.  In this way, any interest can be immediately noted and developed by the agent who knows the most about the property.

In addition to the enthusiasm we have for promoting your property, we will be closely involved in all of the phases as the listing proceeds to sale and settlement.  We present the contracts to you for your consideration, help negotiate contract modifications through final ratification.  We supervise the sale through the inspection, financing and escrow period, and all the way to settlement.  At each step, our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible.
